What does the subscription include?

Unlimited access to all the on-demand classes with a complete catalog of pilates workouts, stretching exercises, and much more. Only members will have full access to the classes and the weekly uploads. Every video is recorded, so you can enjoy your practice anytime and anywhere you prefer. 

What does the library include?

Our on-demand workout library features a diverse range of Pilates sessions. In each workout, Paola will guide you through every movement, emphasizing proper breathing and providing clear instructions to ensure correct form while fostering a strong mind-body connection.

These workouts are categorized into different levels: the gentle ones designed to help you become more body-aware (also perfect for postpartum), the intermediate ones to help you progress in your practice, and the intense ones for a challenging burn and taking your practice to the next level. Additionally, tutorial sessions are available.

You'll find flexibility in the duration of our workouts, ranging from 10 to 60 minutes, catering to your schedule and preferences. Every Monday, we introduce a new workout, accompanied by our weekly schedule – a selection of workouts curated to help you create a well-rounded and balanced weekly exercise routine. The videos in the weekly schedule are handpicked by Paola and are simply a guidance that you can customize to your own needs.

What languages are available for members?

Every class features an English and Italian version so, when you select your pilates workout, make sure you select the correct language for you. 

Can I try the platform before subscribing?

If this is your first experience with Paola Pilates, you can try the platform with a 7-day free trial. If you decide that it is not right for you at this time, you can cancel it before the free trial ends without being charged. Otherwise you will be charged at the end of the free trial for the subscription plan you selected when you signed up, either monthly or annual.

How much does the subscription cost?

You can choose between a monthly and an annual subscription. The monthly fee is €29,99 while the annual fee is €14,99/month with a one-time payment of €179,99. The renewal of your subscription is automatic and you can cancel it at any time.

Both subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.

What are the payment methods accepted?

As of now, you can only purchase your membership with a valid credit or debit card.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your personal Dashboard. Simply access your account on Paola Pilates, access your Dashboard, select Billing and click on your Subscription plan. Once you select Cancel Membership, your subscription will be automatically deleted  at the end of your current payment period.

How do I update my personal information?

If you need to update your password, billing information or contact method, you can do so through your account’s Dashboard, making sure you select the correct option.

How do I reset or change my password?

Reset Password:

On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your
account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox
shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a
new password before being redirected to the catalog page.


Change Password

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile at the
top right. Select Dashboard. Under Private Info, click on Change Password. Enter your
current password, then your new password. Click Save Changes.

About Pilates and the equipment

Can anyone do pilates?

Absolutely! The library offers many beginner friendly options, the perfect way to get acquainted with this unique method. If you are new to pilates, the catalog of classes includes the category “Foundation & Tutorials” with instruction and easy tutorials. The category “Gentle & Mindful Pilates” is beginner-friendly. Once you have learned the techniques, you can slowly but surely move up to the Intermediate Flow and Intense burn categories. Paola's method focuses on mindful movement and body awareness, making it a low-impact workout, ideal for when you need to be gentle on your body.

I’m new here, where do I begin?

The “Foundation & Tutorials” videos are perfect to learn the basics and fundamentals of the signature pilates method created by Paola. They are perfect for anyone who is new to the platform. From there, you can begin to explore classes tailored to your specific requirements.

Is pilates safe during pregnancy?

At the moment, the library doesn’t include specific prenatal classes, it does include postpartum friendly videos. The “Gentle & Mindful Pilates” category is perfect for the first trimester of pregnancy and for the postpartum period. Soon, the platform will include workouts for the other trimesters of pregnancy. Still, we recommend talking to your doctor before starting your pregnancy workouts and postnatal pilates.

What equipment do I need to get started?

There is no pilates workout without a mat and the perfect pilates miniball. For the miniball (with a diameter of 20-26 cm and hollow inside), we recommend you only inflate it by 90%, leaving it slightly loose and soft. Then, you can elevate your practice by using ankle/wrist weights, loop bands, yoga blocks for the stretching exercises, a pillow for comfort, or a bolster.

What type of mat do I need?

It’s best to use a yoga mat which offers more grip and stability. The mat should have at least 5 mm of thickness or you can pile up two mats. As long as the surface is stable and flat and has a good grip, you are ready to begin. 

What should I wear?

Once again, comfort is key. Especially when you use the miniball, make sure to wear stretchy pants or leggings, so it doesn’t slide away. 

Playback and Videos

What equipment do you recommend to watch the classes?

We suggest you use a big screen so you can see the movements. Even better if you can watch it on a TV via an hdmi cable. Still, make sure to watch in high definition and you can directly turn on this feature in the video.

What do I need to start watching?

A stable Internet connection and an updated browser, better if Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you have issues with the playback, we suggest you change your device, perhaps from your smartphone to your laptop. You can also watch the on-demand classes on Chromecast and Airplay.

Do I need an app?

No, you can enjoy your classes on your phone, table, or directly to your TV with an HDMI without having to download anything.
